Jessica Nangauta is a CHamoru lanchera/farmer who was raised in the village of Malesso'. She is also the manager of University of Guam (UOG) Triton Farms. In this video, Jessica speaks about the cultural importance of farming, as well as the importance of supporting local farmers in Guåhan. She shares stories -- from the land -- of her upbringing, the continuation of ranching in her family, and of instilling these important food traditions in future generations.
